Fssssst! Evil neighbor cat is at it again!

That evil neighbor cat that moved in next door recently is just asking for it! This evening I caught it up on my fence trying to be higher than me. My fence has some kind of netting attached to it so I can't get at that nasty neighbor like I want to. I have to frantically claw and yell at it through the netting to try and scare it away. I'm not sure its falling for my ferocious behavior. I may have to renew my search for a way through that netting one of these days. That neighbor cat is seriously cruisin' for a bruisin' and it needs to be taken out!
